New Windsurfing Competition Rules 2009-2012

"The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS)2005-2008 have been replaced by the 2009>2012 version. The International Sailing Federation (ISAF) have again approved a simplified version for windsurfing- by incorporating Appendix B into the main body of rules, and deleting content not relevant to us. "
